When I was join Wavin I don't have about Idea culture, increment at all. Expenses policy is very poor.

In This industry few Many changes within last 1 1/2 year management is very poor I am performing 100% I don't have getting increment.

Tanning Time to time , Equipment scale Improvement Training Programs, Motivation Programs , TBT Etc.

At the time of dismantling the tank and pipe plant, the employee was not given any option to change the plant.
