When I was join Wavin I don't have about Idea culture, increment at all. Expenses policy is very poor.

In This industry few Many changes within last 1 1/2 year management is very poor I am performing 100% I don't have getting increment.

Very poor hr management. Poor coordination between head office hr and plants hr. During joining they even don't what's roles responsibly,kra and kpa No meeting, no technical training, Pressurized for transfer 1000 to 1500 km plant after promising the nearby locations with in 8 months of joining only with femily. After not joining transfer location , creat a resignation conditions for candidates, if they don't have kra kpa roles responsibly why they recruit a candidate just to ruined candidates career. After resignation hold reliving and exp letter for 4 months.. and f & f also not settled since 5 months to till date. Very bad staff just pass the work on one another.. no solution till months... It's just to say mnc it's like worst than a lala company

At the time of dismantling the tank and pipe plant, the employee was not given any option to change the plant.

The India Company of Wavin is terrible and your future lies in hands of insecured seniors who does not want good people to work but want only idiots to clap for their mistakes

Nothing Job Security is zero. Higher management's are careless and don't want listen the facts.

Job security is zero they don't rely on the real market facts. Foreign culture business operations not acceptable in India.
