Even they didn't respond. 5. Mentally torture 6. No skill development program 7. No Medical policy for family 8. Accountant staff was also rude to revert you back I will never suggest to anyone Join Wave Cinema in project division.

Lots of politics not happy to work with this brach . These peoples even don't know how to maintain a communication with the lower end employees or we can say with bottom management.. they are so disappointed .. There is a no cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is very low and even on the name of career growth there is nothing to stay with them. On the job training is not given to new joinees.they didn't give any salary hike and bonus . Even the management doesn't care about you of the matter of time when you are on the field to work . They want to use us as a puppet . They don't care about your emotions not physically and not even mentaly

Our senior staff was not good at that time many time my seniors abused me girls also working there but senior many time misbehave them ... Seeing girls with wrong eyes there perspective is not good with girls
