Waters India is good platform to learn and excel in the field of chromatography. The Customer accounts were distributed among the engineers and this will made every engineer more responsible to deliver the output.

Dislikes

Rate of increments is comparatively low and salary hike difference is very less for promotions and internal growth is very less. And internal transfer for different technical teams were stopped which means that internal technical growth of engineer had stopped.

Being in waters i was really learned a lot of things, the culture is good at waters India but not in waters W2 as the management in here is being controlled by a personal one.

Dislikes

W2 management by the RM is just ok non Gujarati can't work here in W2 region
