Nothing is there that can be liked at this place except some of our colleagues which we bond working together.

Dominating nature of Management They never accept your ideas & involvement. Poor understanding quality which creates chaos. No flexible IN time. Wait after hours for work which is not even considered or appreciated. Poor situation handling by Management at HO, rather they just blame for their mistakes on employees. Shift any person to any department with no background or without proper training. Frustrating and demotivating environment. They only concentrate on policies rather than actual work. Don't allow to speak in your mother tongue during conversations but they speak in theirs so that we don't understand their plans.
