...ost my job...... Hope the company would be doing great with new management!!! Now company should provide my bonus atleast now as it has been more than one and half year since I received my PMS letter having a good bonus amount....

My genuine feed feedback: 1) Very few people at leadership position thinks about the interest of company. They take a handsome amount as salary from company but delivery very less and think most of the time to secure their own job by making their subordinate or other departments employees for failure of discharge of their duty/ task. 2) There is a lot of internal politics. 3) Company must review very honestly work of field business team like RE and cluster head in sales growth, including state head too. 4) All the employees should be given proper platform where one can put ones grievances fearlessly.....

we are working in WHIN since 2 years. it is a reputed company in water business at low price. The company is open to innovation and quality based work. i get to travel most of state in India. but on-site travel depends on the project and client locations. I like the employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Salary is on time, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. there is no credibility after doing hard & smart work.

Company is good old employees are good fully satisfaction our company working because this is the MNC company. But job security is not there . And no one is not supported in employment.
