I have been working in this project since 7 years ago. First I have started working with a small company in preparation of SRS,then I have got an offer after leaving that job from the consulting company working with the government in this world bank project,EGIS India Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. Which is a part of EGIS international. I have learnt the work culture in an MNC, and their remuneration, salary, bonus, compensation and benefits were literally good,no doubt. After they left again I have joined as government contractual employee(MIS Assistant) as EGIS couldn't give us other project. And after that I got promoted as MIS manager in this project, head of the IT part in this project. I can say I have learnt how to work in government sector with world bank environment. This project gives me to work with one of the best team I have ever met.Project Director is an IAS officer who is very cooperative, worked with Harvard Kennedy University students in data analysis, worked with so renowned organisation in the world IWMI, IRMA, SIAGI,PADIFF in data analysis. This is very clear government can not give you proper training in IT,but I have acquire some extra knowledge or done some courses on the basis of the requirements like data visualization with tableau,Advanced Excel,Macro and now trying to learn R,python and power BI because previously I have to work on the development of the MIS application and website using programming language like PHP,Mysql,SQL server2013 and others, but the demand grows in data analysis and data visualization now.So, I have to move on these technologies.
