Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. They have watches in verious brand that's the only thing I like

Dislikes

Good field to work but watch square management is very poor, they won't provide experience certificate even though you work very hard till resignations and there is no benefits like epf etc... So plz don't refer watch square (parson group)...
