The work culture is in ruins. I had the worst burnout of my life working here. In fact, I decided to change my field after seeing the kind of work you are expected to do. Ironically, these companies take pride in the toxic work culture they have built, boasting about how the industry thrives on working at odd hours, and apparently overworking yourself is the only way to make it big. The managers will encourage you to work on weekends because the client cannot be said No to. I couldn't continue with the work within a few months of joining and gave my resignation. The HR threatened me on the call saying he can get me blacklisted in the market if I was leaving the job to seek another opportunity.
