Most likely thing is There is no work to do as long as for office hours means one can sit and enjoy chit chat or Play games in mobile upto 4-5 hours a day. No one have any work stress as its only data entry work over there

They also not provided a good hike in salary to the old one but they will hire more and more with low salary without needs as the same work can be done my old Once 4. Upper management always think of company side they are not thinking of employees issue but they have a wrong statement that this is employed oriented company.... Nothing is for employees 5. There is a toxic work culture 6. They doesn't treat there old employees as a asset to there company but they used to tell that "if anyone want to leave they can leave the company we will hire more in there place" 7. The last there is nothing to be learnt while doing job they only have a fun activity.

...e, No increment fixed criteria, hR never receive ur call whenever u need them. Whenever they demand to come to offc at weekends, doesn't pay for you that. Most important thing they won't allow you leaves before a day or aftr a day of Indian festival either you have leave balance or not .it will mark as LWP. In short bad experience with this company.

the only fact that i was came here for same growth as this is situated in my home town and i think that i moved to right place. and a global client base client.

The compensation and growth is very slow. and their are on focus to grow their family members as there are so many family member working in WM of the manager. i have to work 12-14 hours on daily basis.

Working culture and office environment is nice. People are helpful and treat you like family. They gives you proper training and enough time to learn. Good accounts knowledge will be an added advantage. Policies are good HR is helpful.

...l relation basis. If you are active in all areas you will be definitely noticed. Salary structure could be improved it is very basic for newhires.
