Ask for a raise and you stand a chance to be fired. Does it sound unprofessional. Well it is actually. It’s more of an event management organisation for the Agriculture Department under Odisha Government. All paper work and no on ground evidence. Irrespective of your designation, you are expected to work like a coolie. Work and personal life cannot be balanced. HR and Accounts policy is non existent.

Projects from different domains and states can help to provide hands on experience and exposure to all these diverse situations & learnings, if one is keen to explore on his own.

Dislikes

No alignment of organizational & individual goals. Lack of communication between different project teams which curtails cross-learning
