There is no job security , theu just say ours is a 65 yrs old company but they don't stick to their policied all r fake .

In lock down they took lots of work from us but paid only 25 % of salary, when this to ask they told me to discontinue from services without any prior notice, management is fake, no increments done, no incentive on time give, they don't take care of the employee, the dint give our diwali bonus also, they had promised but said company is in loss. They just highlight that we r a 65 yes old company, employes r not growing only company is growing it's profit but r not sharing

Worst company I have ever seen in my life. They don't have any manner how to treat customer. They treat customer by looks and the location of customer where he lives. Manager uses abusive words in meetings. They don't give testdrive to the customer. They says," Customer ki aukaat hogi gadi lene ki to hi testdrive denge". Don't work here. I feel like I wasted my time by working with them.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
