I have spent 8 years in wartsila. The most liked one is on time salary and exgratia benefits (variable pay). HR & Safety polices are best. Medical benefits are excellent

Dislikes

This finland based company has very good organisational structure & management polices, but unlikely in india, people who drive the top management is not upto the mark for taking warsila's business ahead.

Provide platform for creativity , respect failure , Promote employee engagement and structured Learning & development programmes. Wartsila is well ahead from its competitors in offering solutions as per customer demand by offering latest technology.

Career growth is ok, Salary is median level , Whistle blowing is misuse more oftenly to settle personal grudges.

Awesome MNC organization in India & God bless this company for honest people because we already know that Wartsila origin is Finland where corruption is approximately 3 %.

In my opinion Wartsila pay scale need to be improved as soon as possible.

Global working environment. In which department you are, matters the most! All payments (salary, bills, others) are paid well in time. People friendly policies. Work from home (2 days in a week!).

Dislikes

Not amongst the best paymaster. Appraisal cycles, especially for promotion, are way too long.
