Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Actually, it's a start up and have very few people in office. I have lots of work to do simultaneously like news writing, posting it on social site and on news portal. Even I am dealing with reporters for getting news deatils which is really irritating. Still I am working here because I am in learning stage and did lots of practice on my Hindi language as they are working only on one language.

People are very nice and boss is also good person. They don't have good management and boss involvement is less which I really dislike about this place.
