...work culture is very bad, Management is also very bad and there is no increment. How many years you do job there is no increment it is fixed and very less salary.

The company working culture is good also its a very good place to get exposure as well And Public relation.

Overall good but the company is engaging most of the employee in contract with fixed salary basis.

ERP SAP has not been fully implemented so simple things take time for approval. They dont pay full salary and benefits. High level politics and unhealthy environment for those who genuinely work.
