New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. For Regular Appointment : Timely Salary , Job Security, Flexible office timings and Less Job burden. For Contract Pay Scale or Consolidated: Job Security

Half of the recruited staff is unskilled and is generally in blood relation of top management of WAPCOS which shifts the work responsibility only of skilled recruited staff. No window for the regularisation of Contract Staff.

...consultant and contract peoples are not properly treated 2)No proper timings 3)Salary will not come on exact date as they assured. Some times ot will take more than 2 months. 4) The extended order copy will not come properly. 5) There is no renewal of ID card given by wapcos. 6) TA/ DA will not be given as assured in order copy. 7) Salary hike will not be given but will be assured during joining
