I like to work with wapcos but the culture of job and management is so poor. at starting of project many facilities announced but all are gone away.

Beware there is not any job security in this company. policies of company not cleared to employee and any time they can cut your salary and non of your seniors can oppose because they can be fired along with you the company can take work from home during lock down and refuse to give salary of that months. So avoid and get a better then this.

...work culture is very bad, Management is also very bad and there is no increment. How many years you do job there is no increment it is fixed and very less salary.

ERP SAP has not been fully implemented so simple things take time for approval. They dont pay full salary and benefits. High level politics and unhealthy environment for those who genuinely work.

Average Salary with respect to market. no timely promotion, financial health is worst. Rules regulation with top management only. no timely payment for extra expenditure made by employees. no technical and fundamental classes for self-enhancement.
