Average Salary with respect to market. no timely promotion, financial health is worst. Rules regulation with top management only. no timely payment for extra expenditure made by employees. no technical and fundamental classes for self-enhancement.

there is no pressure from anyone to work here in wapcos, if there is project work then monitoring & supervision and data preparation remains.

wapcos company has issue of salary increment and salary does not come on time

For Regular Appointment : Timely Salary , Job Security, Flexible office timings and Less Job burden. For Contract Pay Scale or Consolidated: Job Security

Dislikes

Half of the recruited staff is unskilled and is generally in blood relation of top management of WAPCOS which shifts the work responsibility only of skilled recruited staff. No window for the regularisation of Contract Staff.

Salary for contract employees who are working more than 7 to 8 years. No clear mechanism to upgrade pay scale or permanent post for contract employees who are working for so long period.
