it is matter of great pride to work in Wapcos but your future is not here. In my career of four years, i neither got promotion nor my salary was big, while I did my work with full dedication and honesty and will continue to do so.

Salary was never received on time. The work pressure is very high. There was no promotion and salary increase.

...no facilities . Even if you get injured during work ,they will not support you . They pay very less and expect higher return from you. Over all there is no growth untill you know someone who is in strong position in this company .

Working at WAPCOS was like being on vacation for half the time you were working. that is why there is no growth or opportunities and the compensation was also very unsatisfactory

Average Salary with respect to market. no timely promotion, financial health is worst. Rules regulation with top management only. no timely payment for extra expenditure made by employees. no technical and fundamental classes for self-enhancement.

For Regular Appointment : Timely Salary , Job Security, Flexible office timings and Less Job burden. For Contract Pay Scale or Consolidated: Job Security

Dislikes

Half of the recruited staff is unskilled and is generally in blood relation of top management of WAPCOS which shifts the work responsibility only of skilled recruited staff. No window for the regularisation of Contract Staff.
