Half of the recruited staff is unskilled and is generally in blood relation of top management of WAPCOS which shifts the work responsibility only of skilled recruited staff. No window for the regularisation of Contract Staff.

Salary for contract employees who are working more than 7 to 8 years. No clear mechanism to upgrade pay scale or permanent post for contract employees who are working for so long period.

Here you can grow your knowledge becouse so many experience expert and retired Govt. Employee are help you guid you and teach you . Work culture is also not so good but yes it's fair enough.

Career and salary growth is very slow. Management is not give any attention on employees who belongs on contract basis but for regular person it's very good.
