No work load, duty time is good

Dislikes

...alue of your talent, no salary increments after 2-3 years working it is only Rs. 500-1000 increase, Not getting salary on time (2-3 months gap) PF also deposit in separate funds, all benefits are getting only permanent employee including medical & leave benefit.

Dislikes

No salary hike, only exploitation, employees are engaged on temporary basis and asked to leave any time, spoiling carriers of young people by engaging them for years and asked to leave any time .

ERP SAP has not been fully implemented so simple things take time for approval. They dont pay full salary and benefits. High level politics and unhealthy environment for those who genuinely work.
