Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

Nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

...ll shortly closed their india office. Chinese management in india is very toxic. Don't trust them during interview they will offer you big salary. But it will spoil your career. Better to join any small trader in India.

Non linked salary structure & high salary offer to spoil my entire professional career at Wanhua India

Dislikes

Office politics, corruption, arrogant management, long work hours, Anti dumping duty & BIS on Chinese products, raids of GST, IB & CBI on company Office & company employees on regular basis. Working with this company is like you are supporting terrorist organization from china in india. Works on Saturday Sunday is normal in this organization. Chinese people treat indian employees as animal. No work life balance. Corruption is at pick in Wanhua india organization

Big dreams they have shown at the time of interview. After joining the company everything was different against the commitments.

Dislikes

Chinese employees staying in india are known for their corruption with employees & customers. Their strategy is to put indian economy in trigger by dumping cheaper material. Government has already taken strong steps on Anti dumping duty & BIS after which this company will have to shut their operation in india & will have to go back to China. Think twice before joining this horrible organization & put your career in risk if you joins Wanhua India organization.

Worst working culture to work with. Acting as small indian trader in india. Better to join small company in india. This is china company which do not have HR policy due to which toxic environment is created.

Dislikes

Do not accept the high offers of thi ls company it will spoil your entire carrer as this company employees are involved in corruption & put you in wrong allegation once they would be caught by management. Do not put you career in risk by joining this toxic company in india.

Earlier small team was there which is now big team executing toxic environment & horrible culture.

Dislikes

Chinese management seating in india are creating toxic environment for sales Managers. Anti dumping duty & BIS will stop supply of Chinese material to indian customers. Office politics is at the pick in this organization. Corruption is pick by Indian & Chinese employees in india. Joining this company was a biggest mistake of my life. Better to chose to join any of the small trader. Never join this company.
