Promotions depend on nepotism not on your knowledge and skill. Managers are not capable to identify staff's talent. Manager's work report is depend on his personal relation not on professionally. Management valued you only on manager's eport.

Not work load,not pressurising(except festival days),not any target

Salary is so low,no proper increment,no pramotion, management is worst, owner want only money, started new branches only but no solve employee problems not given overtime as per government rules, management not provided proper training for new employees

Companies policies are so transparent that you feel confident while talking to a customer. a honest brands gives you zo much freedom and confidence

There is no reason why I should dislike working in this company.
