Somehow foodies are good. And fast clearance. Managing Director sir is So GOOD. I liked the way he is treating all employee's. Operation Manager Is too well.

...ulture here. If you are doing mistakes they be ready to get penalties from them. They are deducting salary I you are doing silly mistakes in ERP. and if they do then it is no objection. They have deducted 6000/- within 9 month's. No IT team I here. Think about it and before joining here. I had not seen reviews before joining. So faced issues. Assistant manager is too cruel .

...here is 12 page offer letter which has very strict condition for the employees. If you will leave company, will pay on CTC but company will terminate you they will pay on basic. 03 month notice period. you can't adjust any leave during your notice period.

Ample of learning opportunities. Alot of projects, latest technology. Pay is decent, deserving employees get profit sharing as well. Job is quite interesting, i learnt many a things here

Company culture too worst.Nothing here to like. Here one lady I operating all from accounts. She is too worst woman/employee in this world to treat badly with all employee's. For this lady all employee's are not continuing their jobs maximum 3months than joining. Facilities are too poor. No HR is there. They are changing rules in every 3 month's and treating like beggar. They are terminating all persons on the spot with out any intimation. If there's 3 months notice period. They will mention for 3 months from date of resignation. But they will terminate without any intimation on spot. Bad treat. Rules are not same for all employee's.
