very less salary, duty timing 11 hrs, raugh behaviour with employees. The director of the company is illitarate. The siniors of management are uneducated.

Very very wrost ..No single word to say about company clucture ...Very very poor managment .Only single person handling the compnay with a siingle fingue as controlling all policy with a very worst manner.

Very very terrible job journey with trans team ...All are bengali tiger ....Dont thing to be a team of this company ..If no job can do shop ya other thing but dont try here to spoil all your futher carrier .

Good environment, management and people colleages and the team where I found lot of job scope and opportunity to establish many things in right direction.

Saturday weekend is needed or either Thursday as factory is closed on Thursday.

Family own directors decided each and every work and all other company memeber no authority for any decision

Way of working all un plan activity HR and Account never solve any problem regarding your employment issue only Director having rights

Nothing, no job security, no work culture, they only want their family members to run the so called company.

Poor Management. Three out of 4 Directors should take a Management training. They should value a staff as asset not liability.
