...ek now at 2024 the working culture is slightly good compared when I was working. In hand Salary: Very Low salary 7k for freshers and upto 13-14k for 2 years of experience, and above it like 4 years not more than 26k

Worst Company . Working hours are too much, no work-balance. salary is less. Worst company culture. freelancing projects, Not fixed clients. Nothing new learning and not good for career.

... dont trust on the 5 Star rating these rating and reviews written by company HR. Working time is 12 to 13 hours and salary is very less. no appraisal and manager are very rude. there are Upwork Freelancing projects. Appraisal criteria is changed time to time there is a no benefit.

Salary is very low, they do contract for 2 years and if you want to leave the job even for personal reasons, they charge 100000 rupees as penalty. You have to work there for 12 hours and salary is only 7000 te 8000. In 2 years if you face any problem and you are not able to continue then they take Rs 100000 from you or take back the salary of the months you have worked.

...2 hours. Sometimes need to work more or need to stay office until its completed. Salary is very less, very very less. Using Old technologies, so no growth for future.
