Work from home is the only advantage.

Dislikes

Salary is too low, you will earn more from a part-time data entry jobs. Also they don't give salary on time, sometimes the attendance report is lost & it delays the salary. Poor management, upper management is egotistical, arrogant & lacks the "Growth Mindset". HRs are ignorant & non-responsive. Everything is templated, nothing new to learn here. You will have to work as per their Walnut, there is no use of your brain & nobody cares about your opinions. There is no record of the work, teammates keep stealing the credit for work. The management only cares about getting the work done. Sometimes we have to reach other agencies to beg for the data. It's a jugaadu company, running by a bunch of kids. They are fooling both new joiners & new clients, you will eventually know the reality.

...dustrial standard (considering the company claims to have onboarded top brands) - Salary is low + it gets delayed. - Managers often undervalue the unique ideas and prefer the one that they think is the best (completely ignoring what their clients want) - Managers often feel criticized if employees present better suggestions, they are very egoistic and have "know it all" attitude. - Micromanagement issues - The company doesn't give public holidays, many holidays are cancelled due to work load. (I don't recommend working here for positions like associate, intern or any lower level employee. Management is very biased and arrogant).

Likes

Place for the hustlers. As they called entire team as their family they actually mean it. Always care for their employees and their experience within the system and always encourage everyone for upskilling as they are ready to offer a course or dedicated training if you want to upskill with new techniques/ know how.

Dislikes

Sometimes Saturday's half day working might be mild spoiler to your weekend's plan but it's fine if you inform them prior about your unavailability and anyway it's wfh on Saturday 😅

The team is young, approachable & welcoming this fosters a great environment for learning it is particularly advantageous for freshers. The work environment is dynamic & stimulating given the varied spectrum of clients, providing ample opportunities for growth & skill development.

Dislikes

The working environment is fast paced, some people might not be able to adapt.

Likes

The work culture is really satisfactory, each and everyone is very helpful. It brings a lot of learning and understanding about team work, management, leadership and enhancement of creativity.

Dislikes

Nothing as such, working with multiple brands simultaneously is hectic sometimes but it brings out joy and satisfaction of being a multi-tasker too.
