Good Pay, good reimbursement options Good Stock Options Office with good infrastructure Cab facility to office from anywhere in Bengaluru

Dislikes

Heavy Politics, with licking boss shoes attitude. Services company culture (not a product company culture anymore after being WM Global tech from Walmart Labs)- No long term thinking or strategy. Every manager is trying to increase their number of people and there by looking for a promotion. Earlier it was free lunch, now they charge it in the Form-16 Management is ruthless in terms of any decision as they are scared of being fired anytime.

- Basic office facilities available. - Some perks like free food, cab service, and gym membership. - Skill development allowance (₹10,000) provided. - Annual health check-up is covered.

Dislikes

...rformance review process—biased and unstructured, leading to unfair evaluations. Minimal or no salary hikes, even after a year of hard work. - Hostile work culture—internal politics and favoritism lead to mental harassment and job dissatisfaction.

Likes

Snacks and lunch facilities better for freshers to get attracted. Salary is better. That even difficult to match for other employers. Problem in switching.

Dislikes

100’s of Layoffs without any performance criteria purely a cost cutting and the remaining resources get affected as well.

Perks are good but given the fact they are removing the perks one by one evry year. Leave policy is good

...ice based company. The culture was good 3 years ago but now it has become worse. Low salary for new joiners low perks and even lesser increments. Managers have become bootlickers of directors.
