Company's culture is so good .Every employee worked with confidently because the management team all time supporting our associate.every employee feel proudly worked in Walmart india. My English is no good but one thing sharing with u. in my life m always works for the Walmart.......4703

Although it varies from team to team, in general there is work life balance, and the work culture is good. The usual standard facilities like food at the office, and cab services are available. The additional benefits like mobile phone reimbursement, fitness reimbursement are okay as well. There is a general sense of belonging to the company due to the satisfactory culture.

Dislikes

Promotions after IN3/4 are usually slow. Compared to other Tier 1 tech companies, the compensation is generally a bit lesser. The primary goal isn't Engineering Excellence but tech is more of a retail-enabler.

Bad managers They are not engineering managers but delivery managers micromanagement and I know a lady manager who doesn’t know the c of computer science but she is an engineering manager here

...fe balance. - Product Team in US so your expected to attend meetings late night. - No team outings in name of cost cutting , when asked to Managers they say atleasts you will have your job.
