WWL to give a best training,and also plan for every month on job training, in this type of activity i will increase my knowledge for Logistics and ISO.

Wallenius Wilhelmsen is the best MNC company for world wide,but in india is poor satifaction for my growth. Regarding my job role - Company didn't to give the promotion seniority wise. they are doing politics.

There is no opportunity to learn more because i was working in a small hub, not in the plant. If i have possible to work in the plan, there is lot of possibility to learn much more.

Team mates are awesome as there is a great induction. WWL Website in itself is a great university of learning logistics and lean management skills. Appraisal process is spot on and is followed religiously. Travel policies and other HR policies are practiced actually. Kaizen is a way of life in this company and ideas are encouraged! "CHALLENGE" is one of the prominent company value!
