While you might few people who are really satisfied but they are very few. I wouldn't call this place an organization, but rather Gundaraj, Rule of goon(s). Whoever interviews you, just ask him how many employees have they hired vs fired and the way they did it and why, you will get all your answers. Think 100 times before joining this place, just drop courtesy messages to any ex-WDTS employees, find via LinkedIn and you would know very appropriately if you should join or not. Save your time and efforts and join a place that understands the basic courtesy about how people need to be treated.

lot of favoritism , politics, discrimination, nothing to learn especially for testers, small company with even smaller prospects and zero vision. bad culture , hr and management are useless , you would be asked if you have any problems but nothing would be done about it. waste of time join at your own risk!!

Walker Digital Table Systems: A Case Study in Mismanagement ,Toxic Culture, Incompetency an d How not to run an organization Walker Digital Table Systems’ India office is a textbook example of corporate dysfunction and mismanagement. The leadership team, starting with the senior-most management, is incompetent, clueless, and more interested in politicking than in actually running a successful business. Management in Disarray The Managing Director for India is perhaps the most glaring example of ineptitude. Every time he speaks, you can't help but feel like you're listening to a college fresher rambling aimlessly about random ideas. His leadership is chaotic at best—everything is declared "urgent" and "super important" without any clear direction or strategic thought for the future. It’s leadership in name only, with no vision or understanding of how to steer the company toward success. His lack of clarity creates a whirlwind of confusion, making every project seem disjointed and poorly executed. Product Team Dysfunction The product team in India, headed by a lady with zero grasp of product management, is another disaster waiting to unfold. A former software engineer with no relevant product experience, she lacks even basic prioritization skills. Her primary concern is not improving the product or leading the team, but securing credit for others’ work, backstabbing colleagues, and doing whatever it takes to preserve her seat. The combination of her incompetence and conniving tactics is staggering—it's rare to see someone so utterly unqualified for their role while being so damaging to the team dynamic. Engineering Mismanagement The Engineering Manager is another shining example of what not to do in a leadership position. Lacking any technical prowess, his entire focus is on irrelevant metrics like how much time employees spend in the washroom or the cafeteria. He’s more interested in micromanaging personal habits than improving technology or team productivity. His aggressive and condescending demeanor is a constant source of stress for the team, with frequent outbursts and shouting matches becoming the norm in conference rooms and meetings. His leadership style is neither effective nor respectful, leaving the engineering team demoralized and unproductive. A Culture of Toxicity The overall culture at Walker Digital Table Systems India can only be described as toxic and inhumane. Employees are treated with utter disrespect, and the internal politics are suffocating. Incompetence is not just tolerated—it thrives at every level of leadership, creating an environment where merit and talent are overshadowed by self-serving power plays. It's a place where ideas and vision are consistently stifled, and where hard work goes unrewarded, while mediocrity and political maneuvering are rewarded. Final Thoughts Walker Digital Table Systems India is a masterclass in how not to run a company. The management is a perfect storm of incompetence, lack of vision, and outright toxicity. If you're looking for a place where innovation is killed, employee morale is non-existent, and leadership is a joke, this is the company for you. If not, stay as far away as possible.

Good personal connect among employees inspite of poor work culture. Typical tech stack, but physical devices and patented PJM devices and antenna made product interesting.

There is no job security. You can be told that we have work for next 1 year and then all of a sudden they will ask you to leave. The CTO will suddenly ask you to leave as they don't have much work.
