COMPANY IS GOOD FOR THE PERSONS JOINS NEWLY AND WILL GET THE GOOD SALARY RISE COMPARE TO HIS/HER LAST ASSIGNMENT BUT A PERSON JOINS SHOULD HAVE GOOD CAPABILITIES TO IMPRESS OTHERS AND IT IS NOT NECESSARY HE IS HAVING VERY SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF THE BUSINESS. I WAS JOIN WALCHANDNAGAR INDUSTRIES IN AUGST 2009 AND AT THE TIME OF JOINING MY CTC WAS RS.4.5 LACS AND AFTER SERVING FOR LAST 12 YEARS MY CTC IS RS.6.80 LACS. THERE IS ONLY INCREASE OF RS.2.3 LACS IN LAST TWELVE YEARS WHICH IS ROUND ABOUT RS.20 K PER ANNUM AND ALSO WHILE INCREASING THE SALARY MANAGEMENT HAS PROMOTED ME AND ASK ME TO TAKE ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITES BUT NO SALARY RISE. SAME ACTIVITY WAS LOOKING BY A PERSON JOINS WALCHANDNAGAR AS A BOSS TO ME AND WITHOUT KNOWING ANYTHING HE WAS GET PAID RS.11 LACS CTC AND HE ENJOY HIS LIFE FOR 2 YEARS DONE THE MESS AND RUN AWAY. MANAGEMENT HERE IS VERY POLITICAL AND I STRONGLY RECOMMAND ALL TO JOIN WIL FOR A SPAN OF 2/3 YEARS BUT WHILE JOINING IT IS YOUR SKILL TO GET THE AS MUCH AS CTC YOU CAN AFTER WORDS NOTHING IS THERE. ALSO THIS COMPANY IS NOT FOR THE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE WORKING WITH THEM FOR A LONG TIME. THEN CHOICE IS YOURS EITHER " CORONA " OR ONLY " RONA "

Cooperative staff Lot of opportunity to learn Company Quarters nearby only, so no tension of rent and travelling school ,bank, post, market, quarters everything nearby Quiet and pollution free place

...e the working habits sometimes you may feel left out of the outside city life. When i was there , lately there was a problem of delayed salary (Now the condition may be different)

Old age company. Lot of things you'll get learned in mechanical core branch.

Dislikes

Company going through hefty losses. No salary hike and appraisal will be given in your entire job period. Don't join this company except if you didn't have any offer in your hand.

...ches. "Toxic management", doesn't bother about employees working under them. Not getting salary on time, has to forget about promotion. There is no system at branch office, management expects employees to do all works from engieer to labour, postman delivery boy etc etc

Likes :- 1) If you are a fresher or less experienced candidate, You can take load of knowledge. 2) Collogues are supportive and motivates you to gain good and proper skills. 3) Exposure to all types of material and gov. level skills which are marvelous for your personnel growth. 4) Great runway for you career growth.

Dislikes :- 1) Salary is never credited on time. Company is in big loss. 2) Financially anyone is not depended on you then only thing to go for this opportunity. 3) No new projects, so only revising what is already in run. 4) Workplace is isolated and in village area.
