Nothing except salary that is also when the company will have enough business to pay.

Dislikes

There are lots of things like it's a merger Dale Carnegie and still they do not train there employees. They do not have enough business to pay salaries. Everybody trying to sell the training session but because of their low valued commitments industry vendors didn't trust them. Day by day they are loosing bussiness. There is no job security my ex colleague got fired in just a 2 months reson showing we don't have enough bussiness requirement.

I have been working for 15 years and have witnessed how the organization has grown through the 2008 Economic recession and the 2020 Pandemic. The Walchand Group has a rich legacy and it is indeed great pride to be associated with this brand name. The Leadership team is values-centric and one can clearly see how it enabled all of us to be on the other side of the pandemic. Colleagues are knowledgeable and there is rich experience sharing.

Dislikes

Nothing to Dislike. We are growing and are ambitious for the next 20 years of growth. Keeping that in mind, Work assignments can be more challenging. and The Company Culture is evolving.

Take time as a team and organisation to change and adapt. Need to be lot more flexible in terms of processes (Operations)

I have never done any course before. I cannot express How great the Instructor was and the Overall Content of Material. I would definitely recommend this in my network. I will be looking into taking more of these Classes through Walchand PeopleFirst Ltd in near future. Thank you Walchand Family

For the kind of business we are in, interdepartmental dependency is high on complex projects which takes time to manage seamless operations.
