...work life balance, Terrible higher management support Horrible dirty politics Worst compensation and appraisal They make you extend and sacrifice your offs for work Cheap and low category Managers No recognition for hard work Pathetic tolerance and Empathy towards human personal issues, Won’t allow Sick leaves They hire for season in sale times then until next year July they torture you so much that you should forcefully resign. No Professional Language used for meetings communication. I have worked for 4 years in and out and still for 0 rewards for my hard work. Please make sure you are mentally ready for all this drama

Salary comes on time and some people are supportive

Before you join please read this carefully You will be felt good that you joined this org however gradually it will become worst as people in wakefit speak illogical about everything Stores are made without washrooms employees are not being cared speacially in north Ratings are fake and done by inside employees only You will face harrasment when you want to leave the company Reporting manager will have grduge on you and will intentionally create problems for you Think 1000 times before joining as you may be asked to leave even if you don't perform in 1st 2 months. People have left because of this in north. ASMs are being hired who don't have any experiances and they literlly creates ruckus everytime I'll make sure to add more thing later

There is too much perciality and salary discrepancy I found in same post there should be same structure of salary but the incriment and salary depending how you oiling your warehouse manager. This is a serious call for Manegement to take this as per everyone performance. But there only old school politics running there....
