Work culture- no boundaries for work and personal life. Managers- doesn’t know how to address issues professionally, can call for their work at any time, will not consider your problems or issues, for that you need to setup a meeting, or they will ghost you. Also the package is par below industry standards.

No system, working culture is like a small-scale industry, no moral, no employer ethics, Worst Hr Support, Fake commitments given to candidates to accept offers and join. after joining they won't hear you not responding. no value is given to your skill simply put you unrelated work.
