1. Salary hikes: One of the most disappointing aspects has been the lack of meaningful salary hikes. Despite consistent hard work and taking on additional responsibilities, the raises have been minimal and often come with little rustication. It feels demotivating to see colleagues receive significant increases while others are overlooked for their contributions . 2. Nepotism: Another major concern is the prevalence of nepotism within the organization. its disheartening to witness friends and family members of management being promoted over more qualified candidates. this practice not only undermines employee morale but also affects overall productivity and the quality of work. it creates an environment where meritocracy is overshadowed by personal relationships. 3. Poor Management: Management practices have left much to be desired. There seems to be a lack of clear communication and direction, witch often leads to confusion and inefficiency. Decision are made without input from those who are actually executing the work, and there's a noticeable absence of support for team member who are struggling. Constructive feedback is rare, Making it difficult to grow and improve in our roles. 4. Overtime And Workload: Another concern about the current situation regarding extra hours and workload. it has come to attention that there are no allowances for overtimes, yet management expects employee to continue working beyond there scheduled hours. There are shift engineer available who could handle this task during there shift, which raises question about the need for additional work outside of regular hours . This situation is not only discouraging but also affects morale and work-life balance

Salary come in month end and cellphone recharge allowance.

Dislikes

Hiring for senior position and work in different type of position. Senior Employees haven't professional and double meaning talk with us. HR and Admin team have not well coordination and nooone follow corporate policy. If you are facing health issues. Company has not supported.

The job security is good and there is large it department so you can switch internally.

Dislikes

There New Delhi project will come in next year from Wipro but till the time there is no work and I'm not aware of my job scope and everything is mess no one support regarding your roles and responsibilities.
