CASH RICH COMPANY, SALARY ALWAYS ON TIME. WORK LIFE BALANCE.

NO JOB SECURITY. THE PEOPLE ARE FIRED ON 15 DAYS NOTICE.MANAGEMENT OWNS ALL DECISIONS. NOT A SINGLE RS BUDGET WITH BM AND ZBM. PROCESSES OF APPROVAL IS TIME TAKING. COMMUNICATION IS NOT CLEAR FROM MANAGEMENT. LEAVES ARE VERY LESS IN COMPARISON TO OTHER FMCG CO.
Employees have opportunities to learn and directors make efforts to personally engage with employees . However some long serving employees put pressure on others to not communicate openly with directors as it will leads to risk their employment ….
It has came to attention that the organisation have lack opportunities for growth for female employees additionally ,there are concerns regarding the safety well being of female staff as some senior, long serving employees within the company appear to misuse the trust of directors . This includes concealment and even encouragement of inappropriate behaviour of certain male employees unfortunately instead of addressing the issues Upper management seems to be discouraging the presence of female professionals in attempts to avoid this situation .it is crucial to foster a more safe workplace environment where everyone can thrive without fear of bias….
HR policies towards employee not good. Higher management need to intervene & understand on the ground root reality. they should need to talk one to one employee for getting clarity of issues.
