The working environment and the culture of the company is very much supportive. The team I'm working with are very transparent and do there job roll effectively and efficiently. During covid19 pandemic and lockdown we didn't stop our operations and work effectively to make the product reach to the consumers. Also the company payed the full salary amount on time.

CASH RICH COMPANY, SALARY ALWAYS ON TIME. WORK LIFE BALANCE.

NO JOB SECURITY. THE PEOPLE ARE FIRED ON 15 DAYS NOTICE.MANAGEMENT OWNS ALL DECISIONS. NOT A SINGLE RS BUDGET WITH BM AND ZBM. PROCESSES OF APPROVAL IS TIME TAKING. COMMUNICATION IS NOT CLEAR FROM MANAGEMENT. LEAVES ARE VERY LESS IN COMPARISON TO OTHER FMCG CO.

1. Jitendra Raje, you can not progress or improve on your skills if you are going to work under him. A termite for your career. 2. There is no reporting structure defined, whosoever assign you anything that too unavailability of resources and no senior management support. 3. Current management of MD is not professional on maintaining ethical standards of work and life balance. Lacking opportunity of skillful work life. 4. There is favourable caste based hiring and promotion policy anonymously enforcing. Thus, if you aren't belong to a religion or caste then very little chance of thriving into this organization.

It has came to attention that the organisation have lack opportunities for growth for female employees additionally ,there are concerns regarding the safety well being of female staff as some senior, long serving employees within the company appear to misuse the trust of directors . This includes concealment and even encouragement of inappropriate behaviour of certain male employees unfortunately instead of addressing the issues Upper management seems to be discouraging the presence of female professionals in attempts to avoid this situation .it is crucial to foster a more safe workplace environment where everyone can thrive without fear of bias….
