Campus and Junior HR were good No strict timings were there

🔸Very few leads, managers and directors have sound knowledge in VLSI/Semicon industry. 🔸 Clients cancelled multiple projects due to lack of skilled candidates. 🔸The positive reviews are posted by management and HRs only. 🔸No job security 🔸No training or guidance given before sending to client, I had seen many 1-3 year experienced people been send to client without even training them. 🔸ACL is not officially considering both staffs as ACL, a discrimination is there between regular ACL and Waferspace employees.

I liked the work culture and every one are to good to the company and manager was to supportive

Sometimes management not see the strength of employees and not achive on time only they see for engineers not the support team

I worked as a lead in waferspace semiconductor domain for a month and left due to poor management. They have very few project's and there is no good manager or lead present in domains like verification, RTL & DFT. No proper training or guidance will be given to the new hires. I had a word with few new hires and trained employees, but no one were able to explain the flow or concepts. Client side reputation is bad, along with me couple of managers and leads left due to poor management. Not a good place for long term career.

Likes

Company is good in all aspects. Job security wise it is very good. One can compare the company that they have not fired any of their employees who were on bench for more than a year during covid time.

You have to work at client location for major projects.

Only thing which I liked was, it was acquired by Alten and the campus was good.

- There is not even a single manager or directors in semiconductor domain with proper knowledge - Poor client reputation due to unskilled resources, some clients complaint from past 2 years - No projects or skill improvement traning
