Job security very bad, work culture descrimination from seniors, management also, company policy is good.My last site PM Mr.Ehab sadiq is very bad personality,insulting person, and team also discriminated type.

...gement is transperent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair anf they give good salary hike and bonus every year

On the job training is not given to new joinees. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign

Actually there is good work environment.good salary,job satisfaction and 100%job security is proving our company.people are very helpful especially our superior s (HR team and office ) and I like our company’s policy ,it’s really helpful for whole employees

the company is using software all licensed version, every employ are getting well training from company, salary is on time 5 th or 6 th date every month overall one of beast company in uae
