The only positives about this company were the few friendly colleagues, flexible timings, and the free meals provided.

Dislikes

...ave a healthy work-life balance, and this only made things even more unbearable. For freshers, it was an even worse experience, as there was simply no growth or salary hikes available, making it a dead-end with no future prospects. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone who is looking for a career and personal growth to rethink working for this company. Especially It was a terrible place to work for freshers, and I would not recommend it.

Teammates are good. Cross functional teams are pretty cholled out and supportive. Homely food served for lunch free of cost.

Dislikes

Management is not good in addressing issues. Salary paid is not at all good and career growth is slow. Doesn't value employees much.

A lot managers are worst Not guiding newly joined employees in the right way Too much of mental pressure Not accepting new ideas no brainstorming Too much of gender discrimination even if you want to learn something new, they wont guide you. Simply useless
