I am Not satisfy with there Collabration & Compensation Benefits.

Very supportive Seniors, Colleagues and juniors. Designation doesn't matter here performance matters.

Every organization has some positives and negatives but till now I haven't gone through any such circumstances which I can point out as dislike here.

Nothing. Its not a company. Its a shop. So the culture is also like pan wala shop. They hire people without knowing what responsibilities to be given to them and then they fire them since they don't know what to do with the resources. They are playing around with the careers of people. There is nothing to like in this company. I wanted to give them zero star or if possible negative but that's not allowed. If you want to run a shop please run it but don't hire people and fire them. Please ask your higher management not to howl at juniors. Just because you hired them doesn't mean you bought them. At last have some sense of corporate culture and then think of imagining your company to be a MNC.

Any time internal vc..you have to join within 1 minute ...no call just a whatsapp with msg saying join meeting link. Meeting out side working hour

Management have no plan...they do not know ground reality . And they dont want to know ground reality. Supply issue,price issue.

Healthy environment Colligue and co-workers are supportive and helpful Waaree has earned his name in market and they are always looking forward to be the best solar module manufacturer Waaree has positive environment and attitute against any tough situation

The plant office is situated in rural area so connectivity issue but yet managable
