1.excessive video conferences even if u are in market.
2.absence of work ethics
3. Company only thinks about getting max out of market and exclusive channel partners profit and ROI is also not considered.
Join if u dint have any other option.
4 they will cut sales team expenses without any reason.
5. Lodging limit and food limit are very less
Waaree (Group) energy are very satisfied employees for all the aspects, like work culture, salary, Employe-boss relationship etc... The management of company is very supportive and process orinted,
Not a single thing which I can mention in the likes everything is terrible
Dislikes
1. No work life balance
2. No technical work only GADHA HAMALI
3. Canteen facilities not provided by company one 3rd party contractor is working there you need to pay 50 rupees for full thali for that we need to wait for 10 - 15 minutes, same for all workers & staff, no sitting place in canteen they arranged seating in the walkway, worst experience ever, 10 minutes tea break one person will come on the line with tea pot with disposal & we need to be present there when he come if not you will not get the tea..
4. Leaves -you will get 1.25 PL per month & 2 SL in 3 month, it feels like labor, if you absent all goes in the LOP
5. No transport facilities from nearby location for staff, available only from surat & Navsari
6. Tremendous load for unwanted things not in the technical aspects, no one will understand the problem only ask production even in the breakdown..
Salary benifits and flexible timing from mid management level.
Dislikes
Poor culture, no discipline, no parking, lots of politics, no facilities, most of person are from automobile and they don't have knowledge in electrical field and they appointed on management level position so no scope of learning new things.

- But at the same time newly joined employees are not satisfied with the role offered and the actual job,
