...really good and responsive, always ready to help and coordinate with developers. They are well organized and pay attention to details. They complete the project on time, and it is very impressive. You will get daily updates on tasks and deliverables which makes it easy to follow through on objectives. I will highly recommend w3care.

There is nothing to describe as like. I don't understand why this company is still running? This is not a IT Company , It's a Baniya ki Dukaan. No One support you to get better experience not even you manager or team leader. All the senior employees are the Groom of this company (Company ka Jawai). All the senior employees sit on their chair on 9.30 AM and are not able to leave the chair till now from last 15 years.

...mpany on a underpay rate. if you are punctual of timings , they don't like it. They didn't give the salary on time. they make some promises on the interview timing and later denied. the Max appraisal, you can get is only 3k in 3 years. There is no promotion things exists in this company. According to the Company, Job Security is like hiring a guard who will do all the work of Plumber, Electrician, Office Boy, developer. All the Manager in every team are snakes. Trust Me you can't survive here. They don't have any new project even if the BA team goes to the Airport to receive a client for meeting ad wasted their 6 hours. What is Skill Development? Company Don't know about this term. When i was working with this company, I thought every day that where is the work satisfaction? Most Important Thing , Company Culture is very toxic. They Don't even think about any other person. They Just want to Charge the Client for nothing and make a Large amount of bill after giving the estimation.

...er due to my nature of job. As mostly my job is related to human interation. 4. Always Salary on time. it's been 2 years, I have never got a delayed salary. Also, I have been told by current employees that this company has a record of not delaying the salary process by even one day for last 8-10 years. 5. Here I have noticed when employees leave they do a farewell actitvities here. 6. Company go with all employees for outing/picnic and their Annual function has a different graneur. This is my 4th company but I have never seen such event. 7. The good thing with HR is they arrange activities for employees. Fruit party I have never seen / heard in any organization before. 8. Increments are always on time. Even if there is a delay they provide arrears As a whole, I am enjoying well.
