There's actually nothing I like, their company policy is weird and too much, managers doesn't have decision making abilities and force employees to work for something they don't want to.

There is a lot of politics and the Manager doesn't address our issues. Salary is not compensated what HR says while onboarding, there's a min. bond of 2.5 years and no decent growth in salary structure. No proper training and no good level of projects are available when you work in ITIL department, so beware and start your career from other departments from the beginning.

Variable pay is not on time, it gets delayed by 2 months in every quarter. Weekend allowance is not as per industry standard.

They put you in difficult situation so you will learn how to tackle this. Extreme level of stress. Fake commitment so you learn not to trust on anyone.

...usiness head then you will get good promotion and hike. The worst is there bond. They stress and pressurize you on that level so employee can break bond to save his life and pay the money. They don't afraid of labour law. Many cases going on. Many ppl gone through mental toucher. If ppl do absconding then in next job They mail company about moonlighting by sending few bucks in your account. It's trap. Shameless management. Stay at home. Stay Clam but don't join Vyom labs. If you already join then be careful.before sign any document read every line if possible take expert lawyer opinion on that document. Beacuse they r good in stilling money an destroying feature /career of others

There is no professional manner in HR team, Shwetraj is HR team person communication with employee was very poor. HR team not replies to mail. Employment release time they behave unprofessional.
