- Does not provide training before starting the job - No Job security - Unnecessary meetings - they can hire any1 as a medical writer. I swear I have seen an Engineer working as a medical writer so pathetic. as per industry only 8 hours is work duration but this company asks employees to work for more than 9 hours

Health Insurance Dynamic Startup Culture They are transitioning from a startup to an Established org and it is an exciting time to join. They take feedback regularly from all the employees and fulfill most of the things.

It was a 6 day workweek but recently they have made 5 day workweek recently. No major worries.

Contributions often go unrecognized, while criticism is prevalent. Personal biases frequently influence professional decisions, hindering objective judgment. There is no openness to suggestions, and accountability is often unfairly shifted onto individuals.
