Everything, salary , job security, management, hr , everything is just as poor as a small size company, they hire me and told me your salary will be 6 + 2 LPA, after working 3 continuously months, when there project is completed.. they told me about a review.. after submission of that review form. They deduct half of my salary... Ther action never meet with there words... If you have any other options please never join vyas... There management is controlled by just one person, he is not founder just a operation manager... He is just tried to cut your salary every month without any notice
