No work-life balance. Was asked to continue in third shift despite absolute no work. No policies are in place.

Safe work place. Cab facility, many refreshment training and activities for personal development.

As a firm it's fine. But as individual people holding a high profile designation, can avoid being harsh to their subordinates. (Not everyone though). Need to be little professional.
