Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Is innovative and readily adopt the latest tend and technology , I worked with world best know BCS company ( AT TRW) my role and responsibility was also quite challenging . Which I used to enjoy it was the best role and I happened to VISIT USA on B1 visa.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow work , had to report to GM , DGM AND OTHER MANAGER WHO are just an diploma holders, employees don't value the company time and hence productivity diminishes, lot OF dynamics & politics, no job security, HR AND ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT IS PATHETIC, mangers , gm,dgm and seniors manager keep playing in the office hours which annoying to other team , dont care attitude no transparency,and not good in appreciation too.
