...very bad situation, No hygiene.
- No health Insurance benifits from the company. Health insurance will deduct from the salary.
- No deewali/Annual bonus. Not even Single son-papdi box on the occasion of Diwali.

Low salary... You will be terminated at the time of appraisal. Here is no job security. They will terminate you without any reason or issue.
No value of your degree or diploma in this company. Not secure place for good character girl who don't compromise with her respect and character.

I was having a very good team, my manager was good and teach me all technical stuffs. Also he teaches us how to improve the skills so that if a company ditch you then it won't affect your career.
...any level and they succeed on this. Each buttering guys get very good increment. Example: One guy having just 2years of exp on nothing and his package is 16LPA, by boot lic*k*ing method.
Each time these people goes to BU head cabin and tell about others (example: how much time you spent in cafeteria, toilet, chit chat, your office in out time etc etc). Even if you go for lunch with your team they wont tolerate.
Here the socking part is BU head is very much interested to listen all these (instead of concentrating on project activities). BU head's full focus is on these activities, like a school principal.
Neither this BU head nor his boot lic*k*ers are having any experience or idea on RF skills. Even though you have good experience on RF still they don't listen/consider you. Due to this all senior and good resources are left company.
Neither BU head nor his boot lic*k*ers are able to handle client and projects. We lost lots of project due to this. Their full focus is how to make VVDN as a training institute. They conduct written test exam for seniors if you fail then you loose job.
So the conclusion is never hire any academic background people in your company, they will convert the company culture to a college/school.
All these spoiling guys (BU head & his boot lic*kers) follow time oriented instead of project oriented.
